We are stronger together - part of Addnode Group
Since 2021, we are part of Addnode Group, which is something that we are very happy about. This means that we have gained a lot of new colleagues since Addnode Group has 2,300 employees spread all over the world.
Each company in the group is an independent one, where we choose to collaborate in areas that make us stronger together! All employees also have the privilege of being able to annually submit their ideas to an innovation and intrapreneur program. The winner receives financial support and an incubator operation attached to it, to support the transformation of an idea into a real business opportunity. All employees also have the opportunity to apply to participate in the group's own leadership program and take part in feedback training.
In 2022 Addnode launched the first edition of the Addnode Hackaton, or "HackAddTon", where system developers from Addnode companies got together to socialize while solving actual problems for the Swedish Sea Rescue Society.
